Then I found Man Down.

No pressure. No judgement. Just a room full of men, some talking, some listening, all understanding. That first evening I walked into a Man Down group, I realised I didn’t have to carry it alone anymore.

Man Down provides free, informal peer support for men struggling with their mental health. With over 35 groups across the U.K. , it’s a safe space to open up—or simply sit with others who get it.
