Avoid flying @airfrance at all cost. I lost hundreds of dollars because AF rerouted me on both legs of my recent flights to/from India and now refuse any compensation because flights weren’t in the EU! Horrible way to treat customers. Shameful.

@airfrance - I tried to submit my claim online and the site crashed and lost all info. Then an AF "Agent" from Kenya contacted me and helped me process a reimbursement - but now they are saying it was a scam. I have lost $2500 now. I need a real rep from AF to call me
