@nothingexistsx And it’s surely not one size fits all, so without listening first and acting second, we will almost certainly miss edge cases, etc.

@nothingexistsx Oh man, I wish I’d seen this sooner. Then we work with them to figure out solutions to get them what they need. The problem with not listening first is that we potentially invent problems that don’t exist or create unneeded solutions.
