Today’s “Indo Sport” podcast with Paul McGinley is well worth your time. Paul speaks with great warmth and candour about his late mother & caring for his father Mick. We also discuss the game at large, Rory’s fortunes and jousting with Brandel Chamblee on US television
🗣️'You watch it here. WHACK. Welcome to Lansdowne Road.'
23 years to the day since the Roy Keane's tackle on Overmars, and everything that followed.
Here's what the RTÉ panel has to say about it
Hurling appears to be a mix of UFC, rugby, hockey, football, baseball, the egg and spoon race all whilst hitting a snooker ball as hard as you can as high into the sky as possible towards goal with what looks like the bones of a tomahawk steak. 10/10. Would recommend #hurling
Its time to admit that this Euros has been awful.
"Superteams" can't score more than 1 goal to save their lives, own goals everywhere, penalties, 120 mins 0-0 and 1-1 draws, no superstar performances, top scorer has like 3 goals, awful team structures etc
Snooze fest.
@McDonnellDan I unfortunately sat in the neutral venue for Irelands match v Belgium in 2016. They had the hole stand behind the goal. Was told to sit down many times. Great trip but was a shocking match experience
How have RTÉ got the coverage so wrong
Surely they learned something from the three decades of having the best soccer coverage in the world
Unwatchable now
