Educators can help students unlock doors that they never knew existed, but the only way to do this is to give them the tools to believe in themselves in ways that did not previously exist.
Recruiting teachers in North Dakota is challenging, especially in rural areas. Our towns need to be able to compete to thrive. Hope-Page is a school implementing research to address staffing needs. Thank you to Superintendent Grande and staff for sharing their ideas.
