Canada’s PAL Airlines plans to begin flying to the U.S. starting with two routes:

• Halifax (YHZ) to Boston (BOS)
• Halifax (YHZ) to Newark (EWR)

PAL will operate these on behalf of Air Canada. They’ve now submitted an application for approval and intend to begin flights in June using Q400 aircraft.
