Intrerviewed a bunch of #OW2 players about their experiences with the live game as part of an ongoing research effort. Made me realize that although testing things in development is super fun, it's not the best avenue for building empathy or really understanding our users' needs.

We've been working hard with OW's hero Design Team to make our research tailor-made to their needs. Lifeweaver is the second Hero we've been able to inject with user feedback (Kiriko was our first); great to see where the Team landed with him!
