@poteto @realfunnyeric @OpenAI @AnthropicAI @grok I’d love to try it out as well. Have a 20x Claude and $100 codex as well as some grok via X Premium +. I’ve been impressed but the $300 grok super heavy has me interested. If I could get that $100/mo 6 month trial that people got I’d do that now. $300 more is a lot.

We had our building in Koreatown designated historic by some guy who apparently submits tons of applications. The building and the area are not historic and I showed on our chance to speak at the hearing. The board seemed to hear the concern until one member came up with some family story having nothing to do with our area and they unanimously voted to approve it. We are in the most dense part of Koreatown adjacent to the subway station.
