we shipped a lot of stuff over the last couple of weeks to our dot com. lots of solid progress across so many areas, so I made a very unofficial video to round up some of the highlights.

One of the hardest parts in investing is giving your investments or trades enough time to work.
So many times I’ve sold a position only to watch it run significantly without me shortly thereafter.
Sometimes patience truly is the catalyst!
$open Big kudos to OPEN customer service today. I had a question about cash offers and it took 2 minutes for Davie at OPEN on a Sunday morning to get back to me on email! Not bad at all OPEN team!!
Oil flows in the Strait of Hormuz have sharply rebounded:
Persian Gulf crude oil exports surpassed 14 million barrels per day last week for the first time since the Iran War began on February 28th.
This marks an over +210% increase from the ~4.5 million barrels per day low seen in March.
As a result, the 4-week average is up to 14 million barrels per day, the highest level in 6 months.
Persian Gulf crude oil exports have now recovered to ~80% of their pre-war levels.
This comes as the US military has increasingly secured the Strait of Hormuz and established a two-way shipping corridor along the coast of Oman, allowing oil convoys to resume through the waterway.
Meanwhile, refined fuel shipments, including gasoline, diesel and jet fuel, remain at only around 50% of pre-war levels, as these products are more expensive to transport than crude oil and some refineries in the Persian Gulf that were damaged during the early stages of the war have also yet to fully resume operations.
Oil flows are coming back, but the fuel market is still under intense pressure.
@BourbonGoggles@bluetopdookie@KatieMiller Ya like wtf is this idiot trying to say. Even with his figures (if at all accurate) that means not foreseeable death cases still account for almost 20 x the amount of criminals executed
I was thinking this morning about how quickly sentiment can change and how Kaz keeps saying 2027 will be $OPEN’s year.
Just picture:
36,000 iBought houses at 4.4% CM
100,000 P2P (P3) houses at 3% fee
That’s $14.5BB in revenue.
They’d likely keep $1.3BB of that.
EPS: +$1.34
Share price at 30x: $40.11
I still believe.
@maelan_sdmr I just started building my $OPEN position. I sold a house on the platform recently and was blown away by the quality of the customer experience, the power of the platform, & the value proposition.
$OPEN to infinity
Opendoor Technologies reported that its fourth quarter 2026 contribution margin is expected to surpass the third quarter level, supported by improved acquisition economics and progress in reducing older housing inventory.
