What is the role of a (digital) ad creative?

The ad creative is NOT responsible for 'making a sale' - there's so much more that goes into it.

Wanted a locker in one of the branches of @KotakBankLtd. Employees in the branch insist that I need to take an account AND a fixed deposit AND a ULIP plan, if I want to have a locker.

I told them I'm Ok with the bank account and the FD, but not the ULIP plan. They refused. Wow.

@iamshackelford I define brand as the sum total of the experiences, expectations and perception that a person has about a company, product or a line of products.

By that definition, you do have a brand even if you sold to just 10 people. Even if you are selling a commodity.

@satyanadella The whole reason for Windows Phone not doing well was the lack of apps. At least that's what was claimed. So now that we have PWAs, and W11 running android apps can we get the WP platform back, please? @Microsoft @thurrott
