@British_Airways I have just completed a survey based on my travel to Glasgow last week. There was only one question on timeliness , that is by far the biggest area BA need to improve.Being late is culturally acceptable now , it’s not from a customers perspective

@British_Airways last flight BA 1432 , 31/7 due 0825 , arrived 0825 , took till 0831 to get the bridge attached. Cumulative on time arrivals was 0/2 , now 0/3 ( I know a bit harsh but still late)

@British_Airways can’t remember last time a BA flight was on time so started to record. 16/7/23 , BA1450 due 2212 Edinburgh actual arrival 2245 +33mins . Then parked away from terminal arrived in terminal 1105 +53 mins
