The PNP should immediately make instituonal changes, lest it will continue losing credibility.

It has allowed itself to be used by Duterte as a killing machine of the Filipino People. It is now displaying its incompetence in the cases of Teves, Alice Guo, Cassie Ong, and Quibuloy. Ang joke pa nga ay patakasin na lang sa ibang bansa lahat ng huhulihin na VIP dahil wala naman kaya ang PNP hulihin.

A lot of crimes are left unresolved, and corruption in law enforcement prevails. Mabilis sa abuso ng human rights, ang bagal sa pag huli ng mga kawatan at pagsugpo sa krimen. Espenido's statement that the PNP is the biggest "crime syndicate" in the Philippines sadly remains true in the eyes of the public.

Mukhang nagiging "To Serve and Protect Fugitives" ang mantra ng @pnppio.

The Filipino People deserve better.
