Ocado Reserved'no longer working'. Loyal customers dumped without notice (me included). In West Mids Tesco have delivery slots this week. Ocado hang your heads in shame.

Good morning Ocado. As one of the jilted Reserved slot loyal customers in isolation can I just say that it is time you changed your standard response ("We are very sorry but Ocado Reserved is no longer working...") Lets have an honest admission that you have screwed up please
@Ocado I do not need you to retreat your standard excuse but do need to know why you have forced someone (me) to break self isolation due to no delivery
Why no email to inform us Reserved slot has been discontinued when today's order still showing but not editable. Is this how you treat loyal customers, or are you too busy ramping up your profits with the new customers now in our slots?
Further to my tweet, despite being a loyal customer the Reserved service was stopped without letting me know so now I have to go out and queue when I am supposed (age thing) to be in isolation. Thanks a lot Ocado, lets hope Tesco appreciate loyalty if I don't get the virus!
So here is the deal. Have had an Ocado Reserved slot for ever on a Friday morning. This week slot was confirmed but no way to view/edit order. Yesterday spent a long time going through the FAQs only to find that service discontinued. Why no communication. Now have to go and queue
