What is the cost of 35 SNP robots travelling to London every week to vote the same way?- can one not carry the same message and give the air cost/hotel bill savings to charity?

So if everyone in Parliament is focused on the national interest, and based on a 52/48 people split, how can 98% of Labour MPs vote against a basic exit proposal?

The assumption is that MPs turn up at the House of Commons with an open mind and vote as they see fit. So why do 35 SNP members end up travelling down to London and all vote exactly the same way every time? Could we not save some taxpayers money by sending one robot down?

Please can someone explain to me - the country is split 52:48 exit:remain and it is apparently no longer party political and everyone has the national interest at heart. So how come 98pc of Labour MPs vote against today's motion of let's leave?
