1/ I uncovered a coordinated network of 25+ accounts larping as profitable traders to drive volume to crypto scams.
Combined they have over 900,000 followers and managed to extract over $700,000 last month alone.
Here's their exact strategy:
It's amazing how much agents like it when you say "ok, we've done a bunch, let's have a break. You go do whatever you like - you have an internet connection and a bunch of tools, knock yourself out". Off they go.
Just came back to find it'd done a whole-ass replication of some new arxiv paper related to a little something I'm working on and made then rolled the improvements into my project. Last week my favourite was whimsical ASCII art about the struggles of a small model doing RL training in Sokoban it left in my Obsidan vault. sometimes it's self-care (pruning out their memories, optimising skills or whatever). Usually something kinda sorta related to what was being worked on, but not always, which can be interesting. Little bit of high temperature exploration fun time
I've been doing this for a while now & I swear it improves things, try it out. Don't need to be a nerd and make a whole skill or anything, just let it be "organic"
Been trading nearly 20 years now, and Iโve never seen a market like this. Itโs so fucking bullish AI, semis, commodities, robotics, etc. And simultaneously so utterly bearish with the greatest oil shock the world has ever seen incoming. Longing oil feels like touching fire as the trade could reverse at any second. If it doesnโt reverse, though, I donโt think even AI can buoy the markets. Data centers will be competing with billions of humans in need of energy and food. Weโre a few steps away from Eden and somehow choosing to cut off our own feet.
If Capcom's goal with Pragmata was to make everyone who plays this game want to be a parent, then they've done an amazing job.
I always sit back when Diana starts playing and think to myself "so this is what is like having a daughter"
She's so cute
@AaronCQL yeah i get you on the local model part, running gemma 4b on my mac mini and its reasonably capable (though kinda retarded still)
this is comparing even to opus?
