@ParaTomG @ParamedicsUK Unfortunately with the absence of surgical airways being readily available we still need a "last resort" to hand. Everyone agrees that NC is not effective for any length of time but with crit care and hospital often 30+mins away minimum, what's the current alternative?

Can't believe the price for kids to play @brewersfayre. Spent £80 on food and then another £13.50 for 3 kids to go in the soft play. Extortionate! Why not keep it free like most restaurants with play areas...
