@eddiejaoude@Mattermost It's more like supercharged checklists to streamline procedures require a mix of tasks for people (eg. status updates, retrospective, due dates etc.) and automation to reduce mistakes and time to complete
@_francislavoie Oh interesting, you expected a message to be sent to the channel whenever a checkbox is clicked? We had that behaviour before and many folks found it spammy which lead to the current iteration.

This is painful but necessary to hear. We did initially design for critical incidents that need the traceability but are now trying to expand relevant use cases such as yours
