@Tyler2ONeil Why did you characterize the Thomas Jefferson High School new admissions policy as “race-based” when it is actual race neutral? It is a still a merit-based system that is based on school rank as opposed to test scores. There is no evaluation of race. Can you clarify?

Another question for me is how do we design a system to capture this information accurately?
