@Kat4dogs146734@WildSentences Never put garlic in tzatziki. A little white onion, but no garlic. Tzatziki is a cooling sauce, designed to offset spice and heat. Garlic is warming and confuses the profile. And always use full fat yogurt for the same reason. The fat absorbs the heat.
@Ravenismeee Mom, big sisters, dad, stepdad, and wife. Following instructions is not cooking. Cooking is art. It's gusto. It's trial and error. It's pushing the boundaries within a reasonable margin to try something new without ruining a dish. It's the pursuit of the divine.
@ronsterd89 My wife discovered the most amazing Greek beef bowl. You cook the beef with garlic, pepper, and dill, then cook rice with saffron. Put the rice in a bowl, then the ground beef, then strips of white onion, chopped curly parsley, and diced tomatoes. Top with tzatziki. So good!
@MrPitbull07 Green salad. Asparagus. Broccolini. Or al dente zucchini, whole garlic cloves, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, and basil leaves in the pasta.
