LEAVE IT BETTER THAN YOU FOUND IT. Some comparing @Coach_DeVries to @CoachHuggs at KS. Similar, but 'same-same', consider how they chose to leave. When Alma calls you go, fine. Huggs publicly worked to not dismantle roster + coached KS NIT appearance prior to exit @PatMcAfeeShow

@wrenbaker coaching retention has to be the highest priority. $ isn’t the answer, someone can always pay more. A deep love for WV+its people have to be paramount why they “choose” to stay. Only 1 guy doesn’t see this as a stepping stone. Tons of 2nd chance examples out there.
