Vinod Kumar, resident of Utsav Residency, Sector 34, Rohini, took ₹15,000 from me in March for plumbing work at my flat.

He never completed the work.

After repeated follow-ups, he agreed to refund the money but is now not responding to my calls or messages.

Multiple complaints filed, but instead of resolving the issue, grievances are being wrongly marked as resolved by changing categories.

Need immediate resolution.

No delivery, no resolution, and no accountability despite repeated follow-ups.

सर 8 दिन से कंपनी से, सरकार से सिलेंडर के लिए शिकायत कर रहा हूं पब्लिक स्पेस में लेकिन इनकी जवाबदेही देखिए के इनके तरफ से एक जवाब तक नहीं आया है।

अभी अगर कोई कुछ लिख देगा तो तुरंत उसे नोटिस भेज देंगे या ब्लॉक कर देंगे।
