who was in attendance virtually made the observations that in order to have effective achievement of goals, MDAs at the various levels must be helped to define and develop meaningful measures of their work - the story of inadequate KPIs can’t be underscored.

At the symposium, one of the points agreed upon was that Developing Strategies must be all inclusive and collaborative.
Change management is key in successful implementation of a strategy.

Winnie Nabiddo of NPA stated that"the Government should prioritize programs such as security,road maintenance and leveraging trade and regional integration for increased growth in the East African region, if it is to effectively implement NDPIII ". What are your thoughts on this?

In light of the current status of the Uganda NDPIII, the plan's performance stands at a modest 17 percent as of June 2023.
