“We shipped five things on August 1st and four arrived at our studio in New York,” said Eric Schlomann, Senior Project Manager with @EverGreeneAA.

“At first @FedEx said it was still in Jacksonville, then they said it was in Atlanta. We have been dealing with different levels of customer service at @FedExHelp ever since. It has been maddening at times. But we have a dedicated rep now. We don’t think it was theft. It was insured. I wish I could just drive to Atlanta and look for it myself, but #FedEx won’t let me. It shouldn’t be hard to find a box with no label or with a damaged label on it that is large enough to contain a 108 X 25 X 10 tapestry. Unfortunately, we are totally at @FedEx’s mercy and just have to wait and see.”

Entertainment workers were some of the first to be economically impacted by the pandemic and will be one of the last to return to their jobs. It is imperative that workers and their families receive support until all venues can safely reopen.
