The group proudly taunted the SEC but for some reason there's yet to be a conviction.

In the current case, the SEC attributes all of the price activity in TRCH to a "scheme" from the former CEOs, but how do they completely disregard their claims against the retail group?

More importantly, where are the locates and approved shorts for $MMTLP from 12/1/22 to 12/8/22?

There isn't a community of investors complaining about the reverse merger!

But there is a community of investors complaining/mobilizing about the way FINRA sabotaged the MMTLP Corporate Actions and lied about the existing short interest!
