@airtelindia please make it simple for the user to reach to customer care executive. India is not that highly technical that everyone will understand you pre feeded answers.

@airtelindia not able to use internet since morning . I have active 5g plan. And when I am trying to get to the customer care u have placed automatic system there. They are saying plan data is over. How is this possible. When I have unlimited data plan ?

@airtelindia Why you have changed all the customers care helpline to automatic chat bot or automatic ai replying on calls ? Do you think these chatbot can understand everything and give a solution? Been trying to call customer care service since morning and not able to reach
