I highly recommend you find yourself a clingy (healthy) lovey dovey partner who's super excited about you. Life is too short to spend it with someone who act like showing love is a chore.
Can we talk about Sarah for a minute? 🥲💔
While everyone is focused on the wives and Jonasi's choices, Sarah's story is one of the most heartbreaking parts of #ThePolygamist.
She wasn't angry for no reason. She was a child carrying years of rejection, longing for a father's love and recognition. Her pain showed us the emotional cost of neglect and the scars that broken family dynamics can leave behind.
Honestly, Sarah's character is relatable because who have lots of irresponsible dads and not enough people are talking about her role.
Another scene in The Polygamist that had me crying with laughter was when Jonas walked in and found Joyce holding a gun, and she immediately dropped it when she saw him. 😭💔
What absolutely sent me was Jonas instantly assuming she was about to commit suicide.
Sir never even considered that she might have been planning to use it on somebody else. In his mind, there was only one possible explanation: “Joyce loves me so much that she can’t bear to live without me.” 😭😭😭
The ego! The confidence! The main-character syndrome! 😂💀
Or maybe he simply couldn’t imagine Joyce doing something so out of character. Either way, that scene had me wheezing because Jonas really believed he was the center of that woman’s entire universe. 😫💔

Matipa’s mistake was thinking she was the exception to the rule. She thought she was bigger than the program, and the program humbled her. And most of women are Matipa ke sana

Just finished watching The Polygamist and I have SO much to say.
10/10 in everything, the cast, the storyline, EVERY.SINGLE.THING . Its very seldom that a local production can have me glued to the screen scene after scene... not to mention 22 episodes.
WOW!!!
The Polygamist on Netflix is not a show about a man with many women. It’s a show about what happens to women when they organise their entire lives around one undeserving man.
