Yes at low doses 12.5 - 50 mg can be used for sleep.

The problem with that long lost of meds....she never completed a full trial and in her words (paraphrasing) I think I am getting in my own way and that is causing me not to stick to the plan.
During the investigation lots of bottles that were full and barely used.

- I dont think it is PPP usually happens within the 1st 4 months rarely and I mean almost never up to 6 months.
- She was depressed and anxious and sought out treatment
- She had more help than other Moms generally have. Patrick stayed home for 12 wks and continued to work from.
- He hired a Nanny for her
- Mom and mother in law helped
- I her own words I think I am getting in the way if myself and that is why I am not sticking to the plan (taking her meds aa prescribed)
- overly worried about appearance of benzo addiction or what people will think
- seeing other providers and not being forthcoming she was seeing multiple providers (later she did)
- Everytime she went to a provider and was asked about SI/HI she denied.
- Suicidal ideation or intrusive thoughts are concerns but if she has no plan then legally you can't do anything
- Possible Bipolar diagnosis brought up by NP both Lindsay and Patrick denied
- Lindsay, Patrick, and her Mom never reached out to the providers with concerns of hurting her children
- She was genuinely struggling but never adhered to the plan
- Day before murder she saw Dr. Tufts no actionable red flags
- Day of murder, cognition intact, took one of her kids to a Dr. appt.
-Responded to Patrick when he asked that they didnt have the brand that she asked for.
- Methodically, murdered her kids
- Woke up never asked about her kids
- Worried about Patrick asked for a lawyer.

Not buying the voices or command hallicination theory that told her to kill her kids....she snapped murdered and should go to prison not a psych facility

I understand what you are saying, but they are walking her and I would expect that her RR would be high along with her PS. What I would like to see is how was she prior to walking? Waht was her vent settings, RR, TV, PS, o2 sat, RSBI. How many times have they tried to wear her. Also, there is an acceptable failure rate when pts have been extubated and need to be reintubated.
