Mixers do have legitimate purposes, yes sure people can use them for malicious reasons ( ie. OFAC & Lazarus) but that can be the case with any asset used as a medium of exchange.

This sets a very dangerous precedent for the crypto sector as a whole. As this was a decentralized protocol, basically a DAO could now be considered a entity under U.S Law? If so, then there is all the more reason for concern!
