@maggie_shober @brinks_home I have contacted the oregon DOJ attorney general. I cannot get any resolution, it’s like you have to have a full time job jumping from country to country till you get someone that can help and then they say they will reach out to you in 3-5 business day. I’ve been in this loop

They have you sign contracts then raise fee from .97 cents to 6.40 in the span of a year waiting on the phone for hours and phone hangs up you have to wait on line another two hours then you get someone that can’t help

@brinks_home I am on hour three holding for something simple that I had done three times before and I am dealing with incompetent overseas support that keeps referring to other departments and then the line cuts off

@brinks_home about a week ago I sat on the phone for a total of 3 hours to get my accounts consolidated and they told me that it would take a week for it to happen. Three weeks later I sat on the phone today for 35 min and got someone in India and they hung up now on holdfor45min
