@IlyasCigarette Because most of them don’t actually care about AI use. It’s all about the superiority of the gotcha moment and being write for them.
Honestly a lot of them just want attention as much as the AI writers do. While using AI powered things to analyze the text for “tells”.

@Sirens_Scales I write in a software (dabblewriter) that doesn’t have this functionality yet and while I’m considering a move to Ellipsus none of that changes the fact that it feels like shit especially when comments are at an all time low and you get so excited when a comment notification.

@minrozanov @andipandiCR I wish they would devote even a fraction of the energy they do spreading hate for “obvious AI” to supporting actual human writers.
I love writing but its freaking hard sometimes and when the only return I get is bot comments and fear of AI accusations I wanna keep it to myself.
