Here is a letter which Lt. Mabonga Herbert Matanda wrote to Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi while he was in that torture chamber, where he spent 19 days. He passed on the original letter to him, but took a picture of it, which he released yesterday.
Mabonga represents thousands of senior, mid-level and junior officers in all departments of UPDF, police and intelligence services who vehemently oppose the criminal system but are held captive and cannot speak out. The only difference is that Mabonga had the courage to speak out. We have long told the people of Uganda that each time we're arrested or abducted, these officers will approach us and tell us how they're more disgusted by the system than most people can imagine.
Those who agree with the system and its atrocities are a very small fraction who are privileged and benefit from the pervasive corruption and nepotism within the forces. I remain hopeful that one day, the patriotic officers will have enough courage to stand with the oppressed people of Uganda and live true to their oath to pay allegiance to the nation of Uganda and not the falling regime of blood and national shame. UGANDA WILL BE FREE!
Back in 2014, there was a man who was already aware of the irregularities involving Manchester City. That man now runs FIFA. The infamous Gianni Infantino, then UEFA General Secretary, abused his authority, shared confidential documents and, in short, outmanoeuvred the Investigatory Chamber, doing everything in his power to ensure that both Manchester City and PSG would merely receive a fine, avoiding a deeper investigation that could have led to a Champions League ban. All of these details were also revealed through Football Leaks.
Given his actions as UEFA General Secretary and, more recently, as FIFA President, I can only say, in my humble opinion, that Gianni Infantino has become a cancer on football and should have no place in the future of the game.

Hassan Has Dropped Another Piece Of Evidence. He Was Nearly Caught While Making This Video. The Most Frustrating Part Is That Despite The Numerous Videos And Pieces Of Evidence He Has Released, Nothing Appears To Have Been Done About It. Imagine Taking Such Risks To Expose The Truth, Yet The DSS And The Government Remain Silent. No Arrests. No Clear Public Response. Nothing. How Much More Evidence Is Needed Before Action Is Taken? What a Country. π³π¬π
Lt. Herbert Matanda Mabongo, recorded and shared video of the torture dungeons (basement) where several Ugandans are tortured and kept for months including Sam Mugumya and Hon. Kivumbi. He says his conscience wouldn't take any more .
May God protect him and his loved ones π
