1. NNPC uses levels, not military style ranks. Your department matters too, technical desks often pay more than admin.

2. Entry level graduate trainees: about N180,000 to N250,000 monthly, excluding allowances.

3. Officer I roles in finance, engineering and geosciences: about N250,000 to N350,000 monthly.

4. Officer II and Senior Officer roles: about N350,000 to N500,000 monthly with experience.

5. Principal Officer level: about N500,000 to N800,000 monthly.

6. Assistant Manager: about N800,000 to N1.1m monthly.
