There have been lots of books on Butetown/Tiger Bay down the years but my favourite is Inside Out, a collection of photos by local brothers Simon and Anthony Campbell. It covers the ‘70s - ‘90s. This pic shows local legend Vic Parker at the Butetown Carnival in the mid-'70s.
