I think the solution is for GES to introduce 'Level 50' at certain schools, especially those who get the poorly graded students; for a non scoring academic year.

@tv3_ghana Which imperial evidence proves extending presidential term to 5 years, will enable the gov or finish all their promises? Even if we extend it to 20 yrs, they will still say we needed more. Left to me, the term should be reduced to 3 yrs to avoid keeping corrupt gov too long.

@tv3_ghana You would realize from the dispositions of the lawyers on the the panel that the laws is not merely what it is; the laws is driven by the perception or the expectation of the users.
