Takes a few hours.
Now everyone is clear on the outcome before animating a single frame.
Starting animation too early can cost you the client.
Let the client shape the direction of the project at the start to avoid any debates later in the animation stage.

Motion designers are one of the most sought-after roles in any marketing department.
Hiring the wrong one can waste precious marketing budget & company resources.
We'll launch a complete guide on how we hire the best motion designers for our new team.

Our first client was a security company having trouble explaining what they do to big infra companies.
We came in.
Audited their current branding and site.
Suggested improvements based on actual market data.
And we are working on two motion videos for them at the moment.
Somewhere right now, a startup just spent 18 months building an incredible product...
...and launched it with a 40-minute raw founder vid because it "builds trust"
They're about to call it a marketing problem.
Do you agree👇🏼:
I’ve seen many agencies and companies that definitely have at least one Indian guy on their team. It’s definitely an advantage for their business.
You know what, bro? I genuinely believe Indian creatives are extremely talented. I’ve seen so many people doing crazy, next-level work, and the quality can be incredibly premium.
But on the other hand, there are also people who offer their work extremely cheap or scam others, and that creates a bad perception of Indian freelancers and makes people assume that Indian creatives are cheap or unreliable.
That’s why I think this happens. There are so many insanely talented Indian creatives doing premium level work, but the actions of a few people can affect how the whole community is perceived.
Founders are inherently bad at marketing.
And not for the reason you might think.
I believe the worst person to explain your product or service is yourself.
Why?
Because you have biases,
You like certain features more, just like a parent likes a certain child more.
Your likeness has nothing to do with the usefulness and value of those features and the worst part, it can be based on anything.
Just for context, my company helps founders explain their products under 30 seconds using 2d animation,
And i always do an independent survey of the product or company instead of just relying on the founder to tell us what their company does and which fratures are important.
What we do is simple,
We take what you know, remove 90% of it, and turn the remaining, valuable 10% into a concentrated and digestible motion video.
And it’s a kick ass video too, not because better visuals sell more, but because novelty has become the norm.
A random scroller won’t even give your video a second look unless it blows their mind in the first 3 seconds.
Any founders who’ve had a similar experience?
