@TampaPowers Regarding reverse lookup, I am not aware of any way to check for malformed mesh other than rezzing the item and checking the terminal for physics or meshing error messages. That would have required unpacking every mesh in every boxed item of every inventory to parse the results.

@TampaPowers I have not filed a mantis at this point. I planned to actually track the race condition down first. However, my hands have been full getting a functioning grid again. This is also why I stated it's unconfirmed. continued..

Fire and Ice is now offline for two weeks. During 5his time we are refreshing our assets and upgrading the servers.

Fire and Ice have suffered a data loss event. No passwords or the like have been compromised since they are all Hashed. Everything is backed up, but due to the data volume, it will take a day or two to restore the grid.
