I asked this driver to not cancel, I’m trying to get home to a family emergency. He had rude remarks on why the other Ubers were canceling because the length of the ride and the money they are getting. Rude driver and I’m disgusted

@Uber @Uber_Support I would just like to say that my driver went thru flashing red lights and drove over the tracks before a train was coming. I would like a FULL refund. My day was great until that. Anxiety is here and is not fun.
