🐻❄️ i feel like kpop sounds more and more like american pop instead of kpop. i think a lot of people talk about that too. it makes me wanna go back to the 2000s/early 2010s when i was in elementary school - wonder girls, bigbang, 2ne1. i think it’s because kpop producers always try to bring american sounds to kpop and make it their own thing. and right now, they got to the point where they’re to good; like, you can’t differentiate between kpop and pop - i mean you can, but the gap has become more thin. i think that makes a lot of people wanna go back to old kpop
