Worker's direct debits had "bounced," while others had to "take out loans or go into overdrafts", the court heard @IcelandWorkers

Following the example of the Iceland workers at the Coolock store, the Talbot st employees have now occupied their own store.
The Iceland workers are showing us the way forward.
Never lie down at let your boss rob you blind.
Organise, fight back, and win.
I’m here outside #Iceland talbot street where the workers have had to occupy the store.
Workers haven’t received their wages or assurances that they will be receiving their owed monies and holiday entitlements.
Get down to support these workers!

🚨 Iceland workers, in their own words. Today, June 26th, they are still owed payment and an explanation.

Occupation by the workers in Iceland Talbot Street! They have yet to receive the back pay and holiday pay they're owed by the company, they won't leave until receiving firm commitments they'll be payed what they're owed
After last week's successful occupation by the workers in the Iceland Coolock store, now workers in Talbot St. are occupying.
They also turned up at their job last week to find the shutters. Now they're fighting back to get the wages they're owed!
Full solidarity!
Iceland workers at the Talbot Street shop are staging a sit-in amid an escalating dispute between the redundant workers and management. https://t.co/odlq9EVyWG
