Correct me if I am wrong, dba yung kita ng napagbintahan yun yung ipambabayad ng tax? Tapos pag hindi po nagbayad ng tax ang isang tao, pwede po kunin ng gov yung properties as kabayaran.

Pero to my understanding po about sa 203B nka freeze yung assets ng mga marcos yung labeled as “ill gotten wealth” as per pcgg hindi pa nila nakukuha yung mana nila so paano po sila mag babayad ng tax.
