@lous_20_lbs try working a little snack into your self care routine! i love chobani flips(yogurt) and cottage cheese. you can also try liquid calories like a coffee w cream and sugar or a protein shake. do your best to avoid counting calories, getting something in your system is important.

@S0ulGhoul omad! you should try to enjoy everything to the fullest and take in the city and good food but if your mind can’t handle it try to omad without counting calories. in NY you have the opportunity to walk a ton too. i don’t recommend counting steps, just follow your body
@kittydreamerz it’s a potential side effect for a lot of them but that doesn’t mean it will actually be a reaction for you! you can always change off of them until you find one that works but definitely try, your mental health is more important.
