#IJFM @ELSfoodscience has been in 2020 ranked by Journal Citation Indicator (JCI) as 17/163 in the CATEGORY FOOD SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY and 18/151 in CATEGORY MICROBIOLOGY. The journal has been ever since 1997 ranked as Q1 in CATEGORY FOOD SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY by its #Impactfactor
