Sundays are the most important day for a successful Trader!

Remember, use the weekends to plan out your risk parameters for the week ahead.

Before the week starts:

You should know exactly how much you’re risking per trade.

You should know your max risk for the whole week.

You should have a profit target set in place to reduce greed.

Have a fixed lot size per your average SL size set in place.

Having this in place prepares you for when trades appear during the week. This really is a cheat code, give it a try 🔥

New trading day!

Remember, before the session starts, set out your ideal trade size you would like to be using adjusted to your average Stop Loss size.

Eg). My average SL on FX is around 35-50 pips.

I then calculate my lot size based on the upper limit of that Average so i know what we my max risk will be if im wrong! 🔥

Inline with that, set a profit target, this keeps you focused on the plan and prevents FOMO and over trading!
