So after FINALLY discovering HOW to chat @TokopediaCare admin yg fiturnya diumpetin gtau dimana dan sengaja disusahin, dibales sm miminnnya cmn bgini doang. Imagine paying goods worth 300k, and you only got refunded 1/3 of it. Padahal I didn’t even keep any of the good 😤

Sama, dari awalnya pengertian karena PSBB sampe kesel karena sudah ga make sense. Di E-Commerce lain udah gratis ongkir tetep sampe kok barangnya dlm 2-3hari. Sampe saya clarify berkali2 apa maksudnya "persiapan produk", orang cmn psen buku. Nyesel bgt belanja di @iLOTTE_id.
