@danielboczarski@DARTSLIVE No, the home boards only know which segments are hit and don't have the bit-precision technology for this game to work on them unfortunately.
Motomu Sakai has landed! 👽
You'll recognise him from lighting up the Alexandra Palace stage back in December, and now Motomu arrives at Target Japan to take his game into another universe.
Welcome to Team Target Motomu! #TeamTarget#BelieveInMotomu
A very happy birthday to Taiga Ajiki, the youngest player to pass the JAPAN pro tour test at 16 years old!
If his soft-tip is anything like his recent steel-tip endeavours, he'll be a challenge for many.
Can't wait to see how he does - the new season starts on 29 April!
Akimune Matsuyoshi won D-Tour Connect Round 2 in style!
🔥 Averaged 118.66 in a 3-0 L128 win
🔥 Hit a 170 out
🔥 Lost just 5 legs all day
Final opponent Yuya Fukuchi missed his only 3 doubles in leg 1 as 'Lazy' won 4-0 in 16, 16, 15 & 17 darts, hitting 130 out & 4/4 on doubles!
D-Tour Connect for women has returned: 5 events run alongside the open comps until October.
Sayuri Nishiguchi won today's Opening Round among a strong field. Playing 301 and versus Kaori Sugimoto in the final, she hit tops-tops for leg 1 and won 4-0 in 14, 12, 10 & 9 darts.
Motomu Sakai beats Haruki Muramatsu to win JAPAN Stage 18!
Muramatsu hit 7.41 MPR to win leg 2 v Sakai's 6.80. Sakai missed bull for 164 out to win, Muramatsu taking out 83 for 2-2.
The new champ missed 2 match darts in the decider but Sakai hit D20 for his 1st win this season.
Mikuru Suzuki beats Kasumi Sato 3-0 to win the JAPAN LADIES Stage 18 final!
Sato missed 2 darts at doubles as Suzuki broke with 58 out in 501. The champ then won cricket with 5.43 and 4.92 MPR as Sato battled to keep up.
It's Suzuki's 10th win this season and 90th overall.
The JAPAN LADIES Stage 18 final is Mikuru Suzuki v Kasumi Sato.
Both came through deciders in their semis v Momoka Hayashi and Rika Aoi.
It's Suzuki's 12th final this season but first since October as she's struggled with a shoulder injury. Sato's in her 4th, and 2nd in a row.
Haruki Muramatsu is the JAPAN 2025 champion!
A 16-dart 701, 6.35 MPR then a 141 out clinched a 3-1 semi-final victory against Yuki Shimanouchi to rapturous applause and cheers from this enthusiastic crowd.
An unbelievable come-from-behind win for the second year running!
Two years ago, Haruki Muramatsu dropped outside the JAPAN top 16 for the first time.
He's now a game away from being champion after beating Mitsumasa Hoshino 3-1 in the QF, going 9 darts into a perfect split-bull 701 in leg 1!
Yuki Shimanouchi is the only player left to beat!
Haruki Muramatsu is into the JAPAN Stage 18 quarter-finals and looking very good so far on the main stage.
After beating Shunpei Noge 3-1 in the last 32, he's just beaten Yusuke Kuniki 3-0 scoring 5.67 and 6.67 MPR in cricket.
Two more wins needed for him to become champion!
Ryuta Arihara has lost to George Nishitani in the L16 of JAPAN Stage 18, ending his championship defence.
Arihara only won his L32 game 3-2 and faced another decider here but an inspired Nishitani hit 6.14 MPR for victory.
Haruki Muramatsu is champion if he reaches the final.
JAPAN last-32 draw:
Haruki Muramatsu v Shunpei Noge
Ryuta Arihara v Yoshinari Ai
The two championship challengers are in separate halves of the draw. Arihara's side is loaded with top players: Azemoto, Goto, Yamada and Sakai. Muramatsu could go far but can he go all the way?
Seigo Asada is out! He lost to Shuichi Enokuma 3-1 in the Div 2 L32.
If Muramatsu reaches the final, he's the annual champion unless Arihara wins the event, in which case Arihara is champion. Otherwise Asada takes the crown.
It's taken 8 hours to play Div 2, Div 1 draws next!

I'm here at JAPAN Stage 18 for the final event of the 2025 season!
800 entered and the 3-way championship battle has begun, where #1 Seigo Asada—needing to reach the QF to win—is fighting his way through Div 2.
Seeds Haruki Muramatsu & Ryuta Arihara need at least the final.
