Easter Sunday is the culmination of steadfast faith, undying submission to God’s Will, and the outcome of Abraham’s example of giving his only son as a sacrifice. If he, an ordinary man, could do it, Almighty God had to do the same (Genesis 22: 1-end; John 3:16). Happy Easter!
He is Risen! Today @KarenPence and I join Christians across America and around the world to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, when the mourning of Good Friday gave way to joy. #HappyEaster to all who will greet the Empty Tomb with Full Hearts!
“..’Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; He has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’”

Eight years ago this week, we protected young people who were raised as part of our American family from deportation. Today, I'm happy for them, their families, and all of us. We may look different and come from everywhere, but what makes us American are our shared ideals…
The weak may not be able to fight for themselves adequately; the voice of the oppressed may sound like noise to the free and well-off. Resist these tendencies. Enough of the distractions. Let’s begin the healing. Let’s come together &find solutions. Don’t change the conversation.
