Driven $500 million+ in attributed Ecom sales for clients since 2016 | We work w/ DTC Ecommerce businesses | Tweets on marketing, media buying and profitability
We scaled a DTC Ecom Brand from $60k → 1.3M in 3 months.
21X ROAS across ALL:
- Channels
- Platforms
- And campaigns
We did it using the Ecommerce Traffic System we’ve developed
Here’s a breakdown of it and how you can install the same system into your biz

@herrmanndigital David, thank you for all you’re doing!
We’ve reached out some brands to help and are trying to join forces with FabFitFun as they’re also putting together these care packages
Please let us know how we can help with your initiatives, we’re trying to increase the ground game 🙏
@harleyf@Shopify Love this!
It would also be pretty cool to have like hubs or groups based on the milestones to give founders a place to bounce and share ideas
Another thought(although more work) would be having a more intimate hub setting like YPO of 8-10 founders in different industries 👀
@harleyf Glad to have started with Shopify instead of any other platform…
The UI and functionalities from other platforms just can’t compare… We’ve had conversations with founders who constantly complain about other platforms but hesitate to swap 🤷♂️
A couple years ago;
I sold $120K in 2.5 weeks using fb ads.
Photo attached as proof.
(Ignore my face lol)
But just a couple months before then?
I plateaued.
But I got back up and signed a six figure deal.
How?
Well I attended an event.
It was a networking event with:
Creators.
Agency owners.
Ecom brand owners.
High ticket businesses.
The host of this event asked me what I did.
I told him I had an ecom store and ran the ads myself.
Then I showed him the results
And he was blown away.
Somehow my results spread and a lot of people picked interest in me.
One I could remember at the time was Thomas.
He had a TikTok UGC agency and he was impressed with my results.
A few days later;
Thomas (@itsthomasma) reached back out to me;
He said;
“I saw your numbers and I know you’re good at what you do, but what do you think of this client?”
The client was an instagram influencer with 20M followers.
She ran a clothing line.
And they needed a marketing specialist for paid ads.
So they brought me on.
A few months later;
We got her a 20X return on ad spend.
Meaning that for every $1 she put in, she got $20 out.
This was across all testing and scaling campaigns.
Other people saw it.
Thomas saw the results behind the screen.
Since then, I’ve had a ton of quality clients thrown my way.
Never had to chase clients or send a DM.
Right now?
I’m extremely picky with the clients I work with.
The lesson?
Get good at what you do, connect with the right people and you’ll have a ton of opportunities thrown your way.
Also, be grateful for the opportunities that come your way.
Thank you, @itsthomasma.
And thanks for reading.

An Ecom brand came to us mid December.
They needed help scaling their ecom store.
We told them we could do it WITHOUT:
Touching the ads.
No extra ad spend.
No new creatives.
In 30 days, we made an extra $216,061
Here’s how we did it + how you can too.

I’ve managed millions of dollars in ad spend for top brands.
And here’s what I’ve realized:
They don’t care about clicks, views, engagement, click through rates, CPM’s, CPA etc.
These things matter but what matters most is Profitability.
So fix your focus on the actual thing that matters.
@thedankoe In essence.
It's not about how fast but how well.
To make it easier;
Delegate the 80% that doesn't bring in the $.
You can even use systems (Automations)
Smart work it is.
@thejustinwelsh A reminder to never base your content + writing on pleasing the Algo.
Instead focus on impacting people.
The Algo changes but human psychology doesn't.
