🇺🇸 TWO-TIERED JUSTICE IN PLAIN SIGHT

Sharmake Beyle Omar , the man who filmed the viral video of Shiloh Hendrix , was previously charged (along with another man) with 3rd-degree and 5th-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a 16 year old girl.

Court records and reports detail allegations that included sexual penetration, coercion, and the girl being held in a trailer without food or water.

Those charges were dismissed by Olmsted County prosecutors in March 2025 “in the interest of justice.” No trial. No conviction.

Months later, the same jurisdiction convicted Shiloh Hendrix of one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct for her confrontation with Omar during the April 2025 playground incident.

A jury found her not guilty on the count involving the child but guilty on the count involving the cameraman.

She received a $1,000 fine, 200 hours of community service, probation, and a stayed 90-day jail sentence. She is appealing.

A man accused of holding a teenage girl captive and sexually assaulting her walks free after prosecutors dropped the case.

A woman faces a criminal conviction and penalties for words spoken in a heated public argument.

This is the system many Americans are watching in real time.

Serious allegations of violent sexual crimes against a minor can vanish with a prosecutorial decision.
Speech that offends can result in a criminal record.

Equal justice under the law means the same rules apply to everyone. When they don’t, public trust collapses.

They murdered a medical professional, unlocked her phone using her finger, called her husband, and then began raping her corpse while he watched on a video call.

This is the Islamic Republic.

This is the story of Saleheh Akbari. And the world must know her name.

Saleheh was an operating room technician from Ardabil, Iran. During the January 2026 protests, she and her husband, Ahmad Khodaei, secretly helped protesters who had been wounded by regime forces and were too afraid to go to hospitals, fearing arrest.

They opened their home to the wounded. Saleheh treated them, bandaged their injuries, and helped remove pellets from their bodies.

The regime found out.

Security forces came to their home to arrest Ahmad. They attacked him, beating him with fists, kicks, and electric shocks.

Saleheh tried to protect her husband.

One of the regime’s men pulled out a gun and shot her in the heart.

Saleheh was killed inside her own home.

But even her death was not enough for them.

Her body was taken, along with her phone. Ahmad was arrested and abused.

Then came the part that is almost impossible to comprehend.

According to Ahmad’s testimony, members of the Revolutionary Guards went to Saleheh’s body in the morgue, gang-raped her corpse, and recorded the rape.

They then sent the images to her husband.

Read that again.

They murdered his wife.
They raped her corpse.
They filmed it.
Then they sent it to him to psychologically torture him.

Ahmad broke down. He posted a farewell message to his wife and attempted to take his own life. He survived after being taken to the hospital.

Saleheh Akbari was not armed.
She was not a terrorist.
She was a medical professional trying to save wounded people.

And for that, she was murdered.

Even after her death, the men of the Islamic Republic did not stop abusing her.

This is the Islamic Republic.

This is the root of evil in our world.
