#ALL share price took a hit past few weeks partly due to ratification delay and partly due to falling SC6 spot price.
Therefore time to go back to basics and research fundamentals:
1. Has the investment case changed? Imo no it hasn't. I believe that Atlantic has a fantastic business and it will become a mine (we are almost there...)
2. What are the risks?
a) Political risk is elevated although the project has widespread support (particularly amongst the local population, unlike Jadar). Ghana already did the world's best mining deal but you can't please greedy politicians. Wealth fund has already invested $5m which is reassuring.
b) Funding risk is medium to low as partner PLL is low on cash. However, this is countered by Atlantic's ability to raise offtake cash equal to or above the funding gap. If PLL forfeit their remaining % then I see this as significant further upside for Atlantic.
c) Geological risk is very low due to extensive drilling and there's also substantial unexplored and prospective target areas. I maintain a longer term 100Mt target when drilling starts outside of current licence area.
d) Pricing risk is also low - spot prices cannot drop much lower without dramatically reducing supply (the cure for low prices is low prices)
e) Demand risk is low - most analysts are showing a lithium supply deficit in 2025. EV sales are growing and low lithium prices have killed mining investment. It takes 10 years from discovery to production so that deficit is not going to be resolved quickly.
3. Does the upside still play out at low SC6 prices? Yes, Atlantic is a low cost producer and is profitable at a point where many other projects will have shut down therefore Ewoyaa will always survive low prices and still turn a respectable profit. This is what sets Atlantic apart from other lithium companies. It's an almost unique combination of location, grade and purity.
4. What is the upside case? Calculated using PE of 10 (below industry average) and a long term SC6 price at $2000, the predicted share price (fully diluted) should be in the region of 120p to 160p. The chart below shows spod price Vs share price.

Atlantic Lithium extends its gratitude to the EPA, as well as the chiefs and people of Krofu, for organising and hosting the second and final public hearing for the Company's Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Krofu, Central Region, at the end of last week.
Attended, once again, by over 1,000 stakeholders, the event served as another valuable opportunity for the Company to communicate the considerable benefits to be delivered at Ewoyaa and proactively address queries from members of our Project-affected host communities and the general public.
Following the successful completion of the hearing, Atlantic Lithium moves yet another step closer to completing the permitting process and breaking ground at Ewoyaa.

Remembering Atlantic Lithium Founder and CEO Vincent Mascolo, who we sadly lost two years ago today.
He would be incredibly proud of what the Company has achieved to date, which would never have been possible without his unwavering dedication and passion.
Vincent held his work, colleagues, friends and family so close to his heart.
He remains sorely missed.
