Mine was: The crimes here are violent crimes that have destroyed the lives of the victims, at least one of which is now suicidal and the sentence is not remotely proportional to the severity of the crime. Additionally, the Judge's comments seem to indicate a bias in favour of the convicted, as he offers up justifications for their behaviour such as being low IQ.
These crimes were not spontaneous, they were premeditated and planned. They were also filmed. So we know what happened, and we know that they were intelligent enough to plan and execute the luring and entrapment of their victims, which does not indicate that they were the kind of simpletons the Judge suggests. If they had the capacity to plan the crimes in advance, then they have the capacity to be held criminally responsible for those actions.
